Pre-Construction

Design & Engineering

Every project starts on paper. Our architects and engineers (A/E) develop the design while our quantity surveyors (QS) build the cost plan — locking in scope, budget, and schedule before a single beam is cut.

Pre-Construction

Procurement & Bidding

With documents finalized, we package the works for procurement — qualifying contractors and suppliers and running a transparent, well-documented bidding process before award.

  • Construction documents: drawings & specifications
  • Bid documentation incl. instructions and bill of quantities
  • Contractor prequalification & shortlisting (min. 3 bidders)
  • Pre-bid conferences, bidders’ queries & bid bulletins
  • Bid evaluation, report & award (contract / purchase order)

Construction & Handover

On site, we control quality, schedule, and cost in parallel — with full documentation at every step — through to punch-list, final inspection, and certified completion.

  • Submittals QA, substitution requests & RFIs
  • Change control with documented change orders
  • Schedule, cost & quality monitoring (QA/QC, punchlisting)
  • Progress billings, payment endorsements & cost reports
  • Contract close-out & Certification of Completion
